Additionally, I have hands-on experience with Active Directory, help desk operations, and ticketing systems.

Throughout my career, I have successfully implemented several projects, such as setting up a Help Desk Ticketing System using Azure Virtual Machines, configuring Active Directory on-premises within Azure, and exploring Azure networking concepts.
